Each week, you will be invited to explore a different area within these modules:

Know Thyself — mindsets, mindfulness, purpose, presence, ego
Week 2
Lead Thyself — belonging, empathy, discipline, visualisation, humility, wellbeing
Week 3
Effective Communication — coaching, listening, feedback, reporting systems, public speaking
Week 4
Strategic Vision — mission, values, culture, ethics, risks, inevitable surprises, workforce of the future
Week 5
Understanding Others — diversity, equity and inclusion, male & female cycles, psychological safety, stakeholder management
Week 6

Meet your coach
I'm Thom Dennis, CEO, Coach, Facilitator and change-maker. For 30 years, I've been trusted by global brands to transform their organizations by developing their leaders.
I have worked with Transocean, ConocoPhillips, BP, Centrica, Citigroup and Royal Bank of Scotland, to name a few.
My distinctive approach, which I categorize into leading change, people, and organizations, will equip you with the tools to become a trailblazing leader who can navigate unforeseeable changes. Credentials: MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies, Certified Facilitator accredited by the CQ Center, Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Member of the International Association of Facilitators.
